Positive Mind, Positive life.

We all know the saying, “positive mind, positive life.” If not, that’s alright too. It is supposed to encourage others if they start to think positively, their life will start to fall into place. No, it is not so easy sometimes; life happens and we start to wonder what the whole point of going to school, working, etc is supposed to be. I started to looking at my life, the goals I have for myself and the person who I would like to become and have realized that I am not where I want to be because I have no motivation or I make up excuses. I have been wanting to start a blog for awhile just to have somewhere to write my thoughts down. I have always loved to write since I was in elementary school,  but I never took it anywhere nor did I practice with a journal. This blog is to show the positive things in life that I experience or that can be beneficial to others. For example, being more patient when driving down the road since I know everyone has a little bit of road rage from time to time or listening to your favorite songs in the morning to have that burst of energy to get out of bed. Whatever it may be, finding the little things that make you a little bit more positive can go a long way.

Hello!! I am a college student who works part-time that likes to find the positive things each day instead of just going through the motions. Mental-health has been a huge part of mine and my friends/family life the past few years which I love to talk about. Finding what type of self-care works best for you is super important. I am new to writing, just wanted something to express what I am feeling, thinking, etc. Thought this would be a great way to start!
